A huge welcome to the newest member of the FiiT4GROWTH Team - Alice Jakins!

Alice is a Work Smarter Coach, who helps teams to unwrap their employee-client experience, drive and master agile ways of working, and find more time to experience joy in the work they do.  She coaches and guides people on how to work collaboratively, and creates and facilitates workshop structures using a virtual whiteboarding platform called Miro.

Alice has 20+ years of experience working across teams: project managers, strategists, user experience experts, developers, designers, copywriters, client service, business development, finance, social media, and analytics. She's been part of the production of hundreds of digital projects ranging from ZAR 50k projects to ZAR 1million+. She brings a wide variety of experiences from Digital Operations to Digital Project Management to running scrum with project teams.

Alice is based in a beach town called Hout Bay in Cape Town, South Africa, and coaches virtually across Australia and Europe. When she's not behind her laptop, consulting or running a workshop you'll find her jogging up Chapman's Peak, a beautiful road that hugs South Africa's stunning coastline. Fuelled by her Latin Hits playlist and stunning views, this workout ritual keeps her focused and work-ready!
